Presume you would add suppressor grid modulation to that list which is the 
method used in a (stock) TBW.   

Are you using the original modulator with your TBW or something   else?  Old 
Ashtabula Bill, W8VYZ has been using a TBW with a HB plate modulator (P-P 
803s) for years on 20 & 40 meters, BTW.
