[Milsurplus] TBW for sale

I looked it up - it's not for sale, it's for auction...

Unfortunately, it's only 1/3 of the TBW... The TBW has 3 subunits which are
mechanically and electronically interconnected: the "intermediate" frequency
(we'll call it low frequency - 350 KHz to 1.0 MHz) transmitter which is the
item you mentioned, the modulator (screen modulator)/power supply (115 V at
800 Hz !) and the HF transmitter. The HF transmitter with the
modulator/power supply is usable as it is, without the low frequency section
connected. The low frequency section is essentially identical to the HF
section, except for some tubes. The final tube in both sections is an 803,
and the Master Oscillator and multiplier are 837's in the HF unit and an 801
and 807 in the low frequency unit.

So this section of the TBW by itself is quite useless... It would be a find
only if someone has the other 2 sections and wants to complete the unit for
looks, although the initial amount shown on the site is quite steep.
