I might.  Several years ago, Fair got in some NOSB RS-38A's and I bought a 
bunch of them.  Sold one to a good customer/friend and had to eat it.  They were 
Jap-made and parts of them were junk (PTT mechanism and PL-68).  But I don't 
recall about the elements, either quality or interchangability.  I haven't 
seen it in years but if I can find the box, I'll check.
