Yes. The Navy came up with one, perched an ART-13/ATC on top of the floor 
mounted cabinet and called it the TCZ.   Used for shipboard and land based 
applications.   There was also a 115 VDC version.   Very few units seem to have made 
it out to the surplus market.   Can provide a picture on request.   Don't 
have a schematic.
