It's a cannister & fitting set with 2 brackets.  About 14" long.
Made by Winslow in CA in '43.  Called a Winslow Oil Conditioner,
model 801.  I've had it around here for years.  Came out of a
mass of glop that included a PE95.

Perhaps one can trade it to a mil-truck man for a PRC-1.  Or a
ART-13 shock(ing) mount.
