[Milsurplus] collins control box what does it go with?

hi group,

i've got this 'HF' radio control box with a collins type number

614 C 2 channel selector 1-24 on the outer knob a-z on the inner knob
has a BFO control as well as OFF PHONE CW power switch and the volume 
control is in the center of the channel control 3 variable resistors a 
controlled via a set of gears.
hopefully someone can identify which radio AN/? type or collins that 
this control box goes with.
