[Milsurplus] R-392 Advice Needed

The plug for the front panel can be obtained from William Perry, or found at you know where(e-bay) on a regular basis. The "dog-bone" for interfacing with a T-195 is ahrder find, Toronto Sales Surplus had them new but a bit on the costly side.
