[Milsurplus] Mica capacitors?

Just took a look at the BC-604 schematic.   Looks like any of the .003, 800 
volt micas could be replaced with either .002 or .005, units.   Ceramic 
probably OK too but nix paper, film, Orange, etc.   Voltage up to 600 involved here 
so would recommend 1KV ratings.
