[Milsurplus] Mica capacitors?

Pardon my rookie level ignorance, but I need help
with replacing a 0.003µF, 800 V mica capacitor
from a BC604. One of the connecting wires broke
off flush with the plastic capacitor body. I
have looked on the internet and have had trouble
finding mica capacitors of that size (or at 1000v
for that matter). I have found 1600 Volt
Metalized Polypropylene Film Capacitors.

Would these do?

or "orange drops"?

Do I have to use mica?
