The new DoD P25 LMR systems operate (I have been managing one of them for
the past couple years) in the 380-400MHz range which has always been
allocated to DOD (225-400Mhz). The garage door opener manufactures have been
using the 300Mhz band knowing full well they are not primary, nor secondary
user, and must contend with any interference they receive.
