[Milsurplus] WTD BC-1306 grills

I've turned loose of all of the extra BC-1306 and RT-12 grills that I had.  
But I do still have a couple of sets left for the RT-77, which tended to suffer 
the same lazy stupidity.  K5JV found them stomped into the mud at the 
Baranosky's farm some years ago (somehow August and I missed them), called me to ask 
what they were, and dug up all he could find.
