One of my long term projects for the coming solar peak
(which is supposed to be a record-breaker)
is to get these WWII FM sets "street legal"
using a "Borg implant-"
a daughter board that bypasses the old detector,
sends the signal through a narrower detector,
then feeds it back into the original audio chain.
Should be a piece of cake.
Transmitter would be even easier, I think.
Also looking at a non-destructive way to AM them.
