Classification status of the equipment does not bear a one to one
relationship to whether or not access to the manuals on LOGSA requires log-in priveleges.
In fact, I've encountered cases where, for example, a search turned up the
four or five "standard" long number TM's. Some were open and some closed, and
not necessarily related to the suffix number level. I recall one where the
-35 was open but the -12 and -35P closed.
