[Milsurplus] Manuals restrictions

Does anyone know if manuals that were unrestricted in the 1960s have
subsequently been restricted on LOGSA.

Specifically, I'm interested in a TM for a radar that was unrestricted when
published in HC in about 1967. Subsequently, the set has been re-engineered to a
'B' version, and the same TM number (with a later date) now covers both the
original 'A' version AND the later 'B' version and is on the restricted part of
LOGSA.

Does anyone know if they can retroactively restrict the 'A' only HC version of
the TM?
