That fellow in Italy has some nice items for sale. I assume the GRC-9
units are NATO ? That converts to US$186 for the unit only (they go on
ebay for about $200-$250 .....twice as much for the BC-1306). I asked
about shipping costs to the USA. Anyone order from him before ?

Someone may have one for sale in the US, but here is this surplus dealer

Italy, who has GRC-9's in stock - the transmitter/receiver by itself with
no
accessories for 145 Euros, and a package with a brand new DY-88 supply,
cables, handset (NATO used a Y cable and a handset in some units, instead
of
the separate mike and headset), and  manual for 320 Euros in "prime

"Army Radio Sales" in the UK has the transmitter/receiver for 150 UK
Pounds
(around $260) and all the accessories available separately:
