I had a subscription for 3 years, but since it must be renewed with 
paypal and I am on the "outs" with paypal, my account has expired.  I 
plan to get my son to renew with his paypal account but haven't gotten 
around to it.  Sounds like it might not be a good time.

To answer your question, MILDOCS is the best site I have found for 
searching TM's when it works, which was most of the time.  However, the 
owner seems to have too many irons in the fire and it takes forever to 
get any problems fixed.  Also, MILDOCS is very dependent on government 
databases, but is denied access from time to time due to increased 
security issues.  The owner is active off and on on the MV list.
