[Milsurplus] Manuals from MILDOCS

G'day all

Does anyone know anything about the MILDOCS.com web site for manuals.

I subscribed to the site back in April and was able to download a few radio
manuals. However, for the last few months all I get when I search for any
manual is

Error Occurred While Processing Request
I have now sent three emails to Customer Support and all three have been
ignored.

Is this another rip-off site?.
