[Milsurplus] How About a Gray TBY?

Maybe the Navy wanted to have the TBY match the ship?Also,a lot of the older gear got recycled through the training centers as teaching tools.i.e. How to paint the TBY 101.

Only if it's in my collection ;-).
On the TBY getting canned- I have 
convoy logs showing the TBY in convoy duty 
until at least October of 1945, IIRC.
