[Milsurplus] Chinese Model 81 Transmitter help needed

Hi to the group,
 
I picked up a Chinese model 81 transmitter at a hamfest in Phoenix last  
week.  I'm looking for information about it.  I would like a manual ,  in English, 
a schematic, and a translation of the front panel controls.  I  would also be 
interested in the matching receiver, and plugs and cables.
