[Milsurplus] Cutting (not very) Thick, Clear Plastic

If you can attach a center to the plastic, you could make a little compass with
a piece of wood or something and an X-Acto blade at the end to do the cutting.
Just go round a few times and make a good score and a radial to the edge and it
should break out pretty easily
