[Milsurplus] service decals continued

I'm pretty sure that the decal Hue saw on the
BC-348 in the B-45 picture  was from the San Antonio AMA
or SAAMA.

I have a BC-453 that has a WRAMA decal, Warner Robins
AMA, (now WRALC).

I also have an RT-427/ARC-39 which has a decal that
says:

NAVAIREWORKFAC NORIS

The first word is obvious, but who, what or where is
NORIS?
