[Milsurplus] service decals continued

I think these service decals, such as we have seen on the 348s and ART-13s
we have mentioned, are really neat. I have an RAX or two which has a Navy
rubber stamp, much more modest but still very interesting. The rubber stamp
marking says "NAS Sand Point" with the line drawing of a PBY. (NAS at 
Seattle, a very fine Navy facility in its day. Good base, good duty. ) -Hue
