[Milsurplus] what is this old power supply?

It's one of two power supplies for the BC-640 100-156MHz transmitter from
WWII, designed by the British, built primarily by Bendix , sounds like this
particular one was destined for lend-lease.
I have a BC-640/639 running on 144.45 in Phoenix.
