To me the movie title supports theory that JAs are lost tribe of Israel

My favorite is the movie with Cagney starring as "Bull Halsey"  It's
just chock full of Boeing PAA clipper footage.  The 4-motor flying boat 
with 3 rudders that DOD 'requesitioned' for war.  (note good mock-up @
start of 'raiders of lost ark')

Found something yesterday & that was fuzz surrounding stmt. in "Midway" 
movie.  Robt.  Mitchum played a sick-bay admiral that was railing for 
'jeep carriers' to flood combat zones w. planes.   Jeeps got built
OK, but use unglamorous.

Well Friday I met a Ga Tech '43 grad (note;  Sat score - GT 10, Clemson 9).
He put a "Kaiser Carrier" to bed in '46 coming out as a JG.  This jeep 
carrier was an 800' cargo ship with a flat top.  He sed flank speed was
too-slow 18kts & ONLY USE was delivering planes to front.  First 10 acft or so
wud be catapulted, rest could lift off on their own.  He guessed
as many as 50 'jeep CVs' made & they were scrapped quick.

But duty on 'jeep CVs' great since they spent half their time @ Ford Island
or Pearl.  

Now you've heard another spin for the "rest of the Jeep CV story."
One huge hooki-lah.
