[Milsurplus] Help With Dynamotor ID

Sounds like the dynamotor from the BC-966 IFF unit. The
dynamotor ran from a carbon pile regulator.

Although I wonder, if it came out of a Neptune, wasn't
that a later time period than the SCR-595/695 or their Navy
counterpart, the ABF and ABK?
