[Milsurplus] WTB ARR-41 / ARC-38

Have decided that the next area I wanted to expand into is the cold war
era aircraft radios. Items I am looking for are the ARR-41 aircraft
receiver, ARC-38 or 38A transceivers or maybe a RT-618, know what they
have been going for on Ebay so understand no one will be giving them
away. The ARR-41 is the key to the whole project and will be willing to
do trade or cash, have lots of trade items like a spare URC-101, URC-93
and lots of old stuff too. would prefer to do a face to face deal with
anyone in the Philadelphia, Washington, and Baltimore area although I am
not that far away from Norfolk. have found its not a good idea to do
equipment swapping when you can not see each others stuff first. other
then that do not care if the stuff works or not, more concerned about it
being mechanically complete or if you have any of the racks and cables
