[Milsurplus] CU-168/FRR

I've got my CU-168/FRR antenna coupler up and running, sort of. Looks like 
the "micamold" capacitors have gone bad. After seeing about 80V on the 
output connector when unterminated, I checked on the the caps and found it 
had about a 5 megohm resistance.

The B+ passes not only through the primary of the little RF output 
transformer, but is also connected to one side of the secondary (to reduce 
P-S voltage strain?). The B+ could therefore flow through the secondary and 
out through the output jack if the capacitor is bad.
