If the sender doesn't wish to use Pay-Pal ( or you don't wish to....)
most banks will issue you a international money order or cashiers check
in Euro's for about $5.00 and you can send that registered mail. My
main problem with Pay-pal is that after you reach a point of having
sent $2000 total payments out they cancel your account until you agree
to verify with them. This involves providing the account number to your
checking account, which in many cases also accesses your savings
account info also. I view this as unacceptable , especially considering
I have used their service as a e-bay sales tool in over $8,000 in sales
over the past 5 years.
