Greetings Mike
At the moment I can not post items to the various groups due to
a fault with my service provider. Can you relay this to the
group discussing the Japanese VHF usage

I have in my collection a Japanese WWII transmitter-receiver
working in the vhf spectrum. It uses octal based tubes such
as the 6J7 etc. I cann't read japanese so I do not know the
model number. So we know the Japanese used VHF for 
communications.
