[Milsurplus] wanted: PRC-6 items

Just bought my first PRC-6 (Israeli markings, so I'll
have to convert back to the original data plates). 
Now I need the accessories.  Anyone have the following
for sale?

H-33 handset
BA-270 battery (dead is fine, making an adapter)
IS-292 alignment meter
crystals, any freq.
canvas carrying case (yes, I know these are rare)
manual, op and maint.
