[Milsurplus] 24 Volt BC-312's & KC-97L

Their is always the possibility that I am mistaken, but yet the fact
remains that from what I remember their is a BC-312 28 volt receiver
installed in that aircraft, at the time I thought it was strange to see
it their. I have already contacted the museum and will make arraignments
to go up and get all the relevant data along with pictures after Dayton.
A second trip to Dover will confirm if it is installed or just thrown
onboard.
