Just occured to me that I have a TBX-8 transit case in Houston, as well.  If 
that's closer to anyone interested.

Actually, they are shippable if you tape down the handles and hasp.  UPS 
charge a $7.00 Surcharge if you don't put it in cardboard.  That's the way one of 
the two I have arrived here (with some other stuff inside).  I think this one 
is missing one of the handles but Lord knows I have enough of those on all 
those EF-8 transit cases.  Which reminds me, I have a bunch of EF-8's, too 
(gasoline powered generator for the TBX-8 transmitter.  Will actually run any model, 
as the significant differences in the power supply department between the -8 
and the earlier models are the receiver filament voltage.
