[Milsurplus] B-36 run-up

I seem to remember from somewhere, perhaps material at the Air Force Museum
at Wright-Pat many years ago, that the normal pre-flight (not while on
alert) on the B-36 took 8 hours! Maybe someone with real experience can
correct me on this.
