When I was an O.O.D. on a US Navy vessel, tactical call signs changed so frequently that there would be no meaningful answer to this question.  I suspect the same applied to the LST-325.

And even though nearly every USN vessel had an official call like NWVC, I never came across any time when such calls were actually used.
