[Milsurplus] Another BC-221 question

Jack,

I've never seen the reason in writing but it must have been for either cost 
saving or aluminum saving as only one model (BC-221-AA) appears to have been 
supplied in both (and I've never seen an example in an aluminum case, only 
wood).
