Hi all,

Concerning the BC-221, another trivia question.

Was there any significance in the type of case, either
wood or aluminum?

Just wondering if(for example), wood cases were for ground
use and aluminum was for aircraft, or vice versa.

Or was it just a matter of making wood cases to save aluminum,
and a given user got what was available.
