Did the L-5 have a 28 vdc system (where the BC-1206 could be used), or a 14 vdc system (thus requiring the ARR-13)?  If the ARR-13 was used, where did the HV B+ come from?  It would seem that there may have been a HF transmitter and associated vibrator power supply in the installation if the ARR-13 was used.
