That is correct you are bidding to buy from a reseller they buy it all 
from the Gov. then list st and you submit a sealed bid to them.
They are friends of Wee Willie and bitch called Levy Latham go to 
www.levylatham.com and get all of the poop. Their field guys mostly 
retired Chiefs, Gunneys and MSgts with supply backgrounds.
DRMO no longer has live auctions and you can no longer go in to the 
warehouse and buy cash and carry.  I made a few buxs then but now you 
have be qualified to bid post a bid deposit along with your sealed bid. 
and you have to go lay eyes on it bid and if you win go back to pick up 
what you bid on hoping it is still where you last saw it or some A**hole 
did not swap lot tags. We both got the impression that payola helped. 
  We bid on a good size lot of Bird meters, slugs, cases and other bird 
parts that got removed before the auction closed by non profit quasigov. 
and saw them 2 months later Pomona and the following week with the lot 
tags still affixed. Asked the guy that was selling them where they came 
from, said he was selling them for a friend.
