There was no lockdown in 2004. The 1994 lockdown occurred simply because
Clinton despised the US military and everyone who had ever served in it. Which
included most of us over there.
And for that matter, going through metal detectors to enter Federal buildings
dates back long before Willie and his worthless wife. Carter was in the
Whitehouse when I almost lost my Swiss Army Knife and a pocket screwdriver while
reporting for Jury Duty at the Federal Courthouse downtown. So that dog won't
hunt.
