Probably the greatest asset there is the feedback system.  I believe it's
their invention

Concern for good feedback propels most sellers to be agonizinly helpful.
Just had such an instance that I won't belabor with a description.

If only we had the same for auto dealers

My only criticism is the dinging that, now, most sellers hand you for
handling/boxing.  Something they roll into that vague lump called 'shipping.'
