[Milsurplus] PP-79/U power supply for BC-221

I just purchased a BC-221Q freq meter. In the battery compartment is a power
supply that looks too "meaty" to be homebrew. You can see pictures of it

Raph Hartwell W5JGV Sent me the information below. Does anyone have docs
and/or pictures of one? I don't see any nomenclature on the power supply I
have.
