Sorry, not trying to tell you what to do. just making a general comment
on the TCS series. do know from past experience that fire from the TR
relay is not normal so their must be some problem, don't have the
schematic in front of me so can not speculate what it may be. the TCS
transmitter I had running on a external power supply that was around 400
to 425 under load and shot up to six or seven hundred with no load but
did not have any of the fireworks you speak of.
