I'd like to thank all in the group who have responded to my request for help with the arcing that occurs on the B+ voltage side of K 102.  Some folks have suggested I not try to use the unit on CW and stick with AM.  I really don't have a problem with that idea, BUT when I key the mic and then release it, the arcing also occurs.  In order to stop the arcing I have to turn off the B+ manually.  I've tried changing out C 128 A&B, C 119 et.al., but to no avail.  The tubes have also been swapped out.  Worked on it last night keeping the keyed times as short as possible.  After an hour or so, the contacts became so burned that the contact is intermittant which means pulling the relay for the umpteenth time to clean the contacts.  At this point, it isn't fun anymore.  73  Mike
