[Milsurplus] Packing stuff

If you are ever worried about a packing job... send the people a box with
the correct packing and strength and a return service label from FedEx OR
ups that way you KNOW it is packed correctly all you have to loose is the
cost of shipping your empty box, compared to damage it is a real bargain
