[Milsurplus] R1155 colors?

All this discussion of German radios had me reviewing  LA6NCA web site.
Great site on German radios, like the color schemes of the receivers (
Kw.Ea & Lw.Ea) for identifying the band. But this makes me wonder about
the British R-1155, what are the color bands on the tuning dial for? do
they correspond to something on the transmitter? Their is lots out their
on the web about this receiver but have seen nothing explaining what the
colors are for.
