[Milsurplus] Info needed on Meissner Signal Corp Item

For some reason, my last e-mail came through as blank. So, let me try 
this again.

I am very curious about an item on that auction place which is 
advertised to NOT be a Meissner Signal Shifter, but sure looks like one 
to me. It is advertised as a Signal Corp Meissner model 150-B 
5746982924.

Any help would be appreciated.
