Well, 8th AF did write a manual.  Some RS-6 did get funded because there =
one
is on Breck's table.  We don't know that they were ever intended to be
assigned to airplanes.  They could have been for some other use by some
other people. The lack of the standard markings tells us that they were
procured outside the normal channels.  The units being small, they could =
be
hidden easier.  The problems just mentioned here indicates that not much =
of
user friendly engineering went into them.  Many of you know that we =
placed a
lot of weird unmarked radios into SE Asia.
