While Singer-Metrics may well have built panadapters, that model number looks suspiciously similar to the Sb7-Bz, which is a full ultrasonic frequency range (0 - 500 Khz)analogue spectrum analyzer. Have you a physical description? Like how big and how many pieces? I had several of the Sb7-Bz units a few years back, they were a 10" high rack mount display, a 5" high (HEAVY!) rack mount power supply and originally came with a constant voltage (Sola) transformer which was necessary to keep the trace on the screen. I ended up giving them away just to clear that corner of the barn.
