Hi Clete,

I don't think so.  The AN/PRC-41, and the AN/PRC-47 especially, have much more weight and bulk that the TRC-77.  I'm sure no one man ever carried ALL of an operating AN/PRC-47 set!

For that matter the PRC-74, PRC-70, and PRC-104 HF sets have more weight and bulk than a TRC-77 set.
