Chlornoil test kits are very easy to use, and take only about 5 minutes to
give a test result.
The biggest problem, perhaps, is the lack of precise lab accuracy, at
the 50 PPM level, for (unless I have my numbers wrong), below
50 PPM, an oil is PCB free, between 50 and 500 PPM, it is contaminated
oil, and above 500 PPM, it is considered a PCB oil.
